Great Builds. Great Customer Service. Also, I understand he is running a business. If you are having issues, he does his best to help diagnose over chat, text or phone. As with anyone who runs a business, having a customer with issues is frustrating... I honestly would question him if he wasn't frustrated, it's costly and he loses on it... but he stands by his warranty. I just ordered my wife's PC and she just couldn't wait until I got home and said pc wouldn't turn on, called him and of course she was hitting the wrong button to power on... but he helped her through it as frustrating as it can be. I will only order from here. I recommend everyone do the same.
